Your doubt is the map
Five ways to make it work for you instead of against you
As a member of the LSEG WIN Advisory Network, a recognition that signals work at the highest level of corporate female leadership development in the UK, Petra delivered a session to the LSEG Women's Internal Network (WIN), a community of over 3,000 women across the London Stock Exchange Group.
The talk explored confidence, self-trust, and the experience of moving forward through self-doubt as a female leader. Drawing on her own methodology, Petra reframed the conversation around imposter syndrome, introduced practical tools for building confidence through action, and gave attendees language and permission to be both uncertain and capable at once.
The session was deeply engaging, practical, and emotionally resonant. It created a safe and empowering space for participants to rethink their relationship with self-doubt, and they left feeling reassured, inspired, and equipped with a more constructive way to move forward when doubt appears.
What attendees said
This was extremely powerful, thank you.

Moving through doubt makes you inspiring.
Her methodology is the key to confidence.
